- 1) Walkie-talkie device information: In order to better support your use of walkie-talkie devices, you need to complete the device binding in the APP. During this process, we may collect your walkie-talkie device name, device attributes, activation status and board ID, device Bluetooth name, device SN, firmware version number, and device model in order to activate the walkie-talkie, implement firmware upgrades, and help you to operate your walkie-talkie through the app.
- 2) We may also collect other types of anonymous information that is not associated with individuals. For example, model information, system version, operator information, region information, App version, screen resolution, network environment information. The purpose of collecting such information is to enable the "BEEBEST Radio" app to better adapt to each model, and to improve the user experience by counting the usage of user groups.
- 3) Additional functions: Additional functions based on location information: If you want to share your location information with other users of the same channel, after you enable the location permission on the app, we will collect your precise location information to open the location for teammates you shared. Please rest assured that this information will only be displayed on your and your teammates' devices and APPs, and will not be uploaded to the cloud.
- 4) If you need to delete the stored information, you can use the following methods:
i. Android system: clear all data, or uninstall the "BEEBEST Radio" App; iOS system: uninstall the "BEEBEST Radio " App
ii. Restart the walkie-talkie or restore factory settings
iii. Email to privacy@ifengyu.com, we will delete your information after verifying your identity
To delete the information stored in the mobile phone cache and walkie-talkie cache respectively.
